Adobe Digital Marketing Adobe Digital Marketing (formerly known as Omniture) is an online marketing and web analytics business unit owned by Adobe. It provides insight into the performance of online initiatives by delivering actionable data and analysis in real time. We utilize a number of tools available from Omniture, each with its own specific capability and benefit: Reporting & Analytics (SiteCatalyst) Ad Hoc Analysis (Discover) Test & Target

Adobe Site Catalyst SiteCatalyst allows us to analyze vast amounts of data from various sources to optimize site experience and increase revenue SiteCatalyst provides: Real-time data (Search terms, Page views, Add to carts, Order details, etc) Automated reporting and dashboard capabilities for distribution A blueprint for how customers are interacting with the site

Site Catalyst – How does it work? When a visitor types our URL, a request is made to the server (1), our site sends page code info and the web page displays in the browser (2). As the page loads and the code executes, it sends an image request (3) to the SC server which returns a pixel image (4). The code collects and sends additional info included in the image request, to adobe data centers (5). Adobe populates data into Report Suites, and creates the SC reports (6). SiteCatalyst – Traffic & Conversion Metrics Traffic Metrics reflect your entire population while Conversion metrics represent a segment of that traffic group that chose to convert on the site (or perform intended action).
