Introduction The food is very important thing in our daily life .But the food prices are not fixed because the food prices are increased. So, we must buy other kinds of food to save our money

The main kinds of food that affected Milk Dates Vegetables Lam meet Rise

Milk milk (2 litters) was 7 R.s but now 8 R.s Saudi Milk (300 milliners) was one R.S. but now1.5 R.S.

Dates Increased to retch 30% more than the prices in the last 6 months . Dates Increased to retch 30% more than the prices in the last 6 months

Vegetables(tomatoes) . Vegetables(tomatoes) The tomatoes cost for one kilogram was 3 R.S But now 10 R.S

. Lam meet In the last 6 months, lam meat increased around 23% for 1 kilogram

. Rise Today the bag of rise(10kilograms)of a particular type costs 59R.S.while the bag was sold at 55R.S.

The reflection of food increased The community affected by food's price rises, especially the citizens with limited income.

The main reasons for this increase Lack of censorship in Saudi Arabia High prices of import the products from other countries Increasing consumer demand for certain food traders raise the price of food

The solution for this problem The government should tighten control on the markets and shops The government should punish those who manipulate the prices of trades Generate sources of our country to reduce the import costs of food We must buy other kinds of food

Conclusion In summary, the food is daily requirement for the people. Each one in this life can't complete his life without food. So, the prices of food must be fixed to live without problem.

The best advice to keep our money Do not buy the products that have high price
