We will also work on computer skills each day in the computer lab You will have a card with your school ID number on it along with a password. We will change our password each month just like last year.

Behavior Expectations Talking – will be when it is time (Accountable Talk) Listening skills – As much as we talk we also need to listen to each other and ourselves. Part of Accountable Talk is learning how to listen to what is being said. Sitting in seat - you are to stay in your desk while teaching is going on unless directed to move. We will be working on stations this year in Reading. Respecting others and yourself – you will keep your hands and feet to your self. You will also speak to each other and adults with respect. When an adult comes into the room you will continue working on what you are working on. There will be no side conversations.

Infraction Form You will be given one warning for breaking a behavior expectation. After the warning you will receive an infraction. The infraction will be taken home, signed, and brought back the next day. If not a phone call will be made. On the 3rd infraction a phone call home will be made to notify your parents of your behavior status. On the 4th infraction you will receive a Level 3 form which will be sent to the office for Ms. Smith to handle.

ICU All incomplete work will be placed in your pocket folder under your number. If not turned in on time you will go to the ICU for recess and pull outs until it is completed and turned in. The work turned in must be your best effort and not completed fast so you do not have to go. Taking an “F” on an assignment is NOT an option.
