Task 3 Read and answer Read and make sure the main idea of the passage. The Beijing 2008 Olympic Games were held in August, 2008. Beijing played host to 28 summer sports on the Olympic program, and eleven sailing events were held in Qingdao. “One World One Dream” was the theme slogan of the Beijing Games. The motto of the Olympic Games is “higher, faster and stronger”. The Olympic spirit is inspiring as the Games are challenging.

We are in the same world and we are all one family. Today the Olympic spirit not only exists in the Games, but also can be found in our life.
