Bond Project Update September 2017

The Madison {Center for the Arts} Opening May 2018

Madison Meadows Middle School Building Replacement Administration Classrooms Media Center Art & Science Special Education Collaborative Spaces Opening January 2018

Maintenance and Transportation Facility Parking lot renovations 22 Additional parking spaces Replaced gravel maintenance yard with new asphalt Replaced failing asphalt with new (as-needed) New sealcoat and striping entire lot to ensure maximum lifespan.

Rose Lane Elementary School Grading, Drainage and Landscape Improvements Rose Lane has historically had an issue with site flooding (standing water on pedestrian pathways), areas of erosion, and trip hazards. This project has already proven to relieve majority of these conditions.

Madison #1 Middle School Roof Rejuvenation Project Completion date 8/30/2017 Madison #1 roofs are aging; requiring light repairs and new top coating. In late spring of this year, Madison was awarded a Building Renewal grant from the Arizona School Facilities Board to rejuvenate all site roofs in order to maximize life span.
