Introduction Unemployment describes the state of a worker who is able and willing to take work but cannot find it.

What is unemployment? is defined as the condition of not having a job, often referred to as being "out of work” unemployment requires more than being without job it requires taking steps to find job. The level of unemployment varies with economic conditions and other circumstances. Unemployment is a key measure of economic health.

There are no positive aspects of unemployment and it is really bad for the production of the economy. there are many different types of unemployment: frictional unemployment, structural unemployment, and cyclical unemployment.

How to prevent unemployment? 1.Work on new database of the labor force include the basic categories, due to their importance in facilitating the process of scientific research, and to support the accuracy of the results in the representation of reality and described and evaluated. 2 - regulate the process of recruitment of foreign labor and codified, so exclusively limited validity of the relevant organs only, and not the multiplicity of actors and resources to do so. 3 - to rationalize the recruitment of foreign labor through confined to specific professions.

4 - support the process of continuous training, particularly training and qualifying investment. 5 - to support the process of continuing education of the workforce, especially those without a high school diploma. 6 - Due to the high proportion of women's representation in the population structure, and limited employment options available to them at the moment, have the opportunity in front of more to contribute to the work force, and by expanding the areas of scope of work of women and diversify and not restrict in certain occupations. 7 - Work on the application of the minimum wage, and to pay the private sector to employ Saudi manpower.

Job search Job hunting is the act of looking for employment. Looking for jobs is very stressful. You need to be patient and focused to find the job you are most qualified for. Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "It is better for anyone of you to carry a bundle of wood on his back and sell it than to beg of someone whether he gives him or refuses.''

Applying for jobs It can now be done on the internet, emailing 100 resumes in short amount of time. Matching the skills ones have with the skills needed in the specific job. Soft skills are important to have in applying at any job.

Finding the job that suits you People spend third of their day working therefore, the job needs to be fulfilling and make the employee happy. Dissatisfaction at work affect the physical health, personal lives and will make work harder. You look for the job you want not the job that will just do it.

Unions Unions are group of people hired by the company to deal and negotiate with the workers. They secure wages and working conditions. Formed in resource companies and manufacturing.

Unemployment is the market power of unions Power held by unions is associated to the wage instability. They have an influence on the labor supply for an industry and they can control non-union workers from depressing the wage rate. The legal guidelines offer a specific level of protection to the union activities
