Payments Amounts based on 45-49 paying participants in quad ($1,136) First Payment ($50) – September 6, 2017  2nd payment ($300) – October 4, 2017 3rd payment ($300) – November 17, 2017 4th Payment ($300) – January 3, 2018 Final Payment ($136) – February 1, 2018 The final payment amount will be the only thing that changes based on occupancy and number of paying participants. For instance, if we ended up at 50-53 (which we would!) paying participants, the final balance would go down $51!
