Compare your % values for the 4 main food groups with the recommended % values. ANSWER Q1+2: The recommend percentage value of Protein is between 10-35 % and I got 11 % which is good because my percentage value includes recommended % value. And I got 29% of Fat and the recommended percentage value is between 20-35 % which is so bad because my % value is too near from the recommended % value so I have to decrease Fat % value. Also, I got 59 % of Carbohydrates and the recommended % value is between 45-65 % so I have good my Carbohydrates % value. 3. What diet changes should you make? Mention fiber, types of protein, drinks, types of fat, etc. According to my % results, I considered that I have to reduce eating food which has no fat, it means I have to avoid eating French fries and try to eat chicken without skin, eating food includes a lot of fibers like Spinach, and it is good if I eat more fruit and vegetables and drink water a lot. . 4.
