Things to Remember The district executive committee should all work on the budget together The treasurer should understand the codes budgeted to so that the coding for actual transactions is accurate and will support effective budget to actual reporting
Budget Submission After the district executive committee approves the budget, submit it to districtfinancialreports@toastmasters.org by September 30 or access to the reserve may be denied Email the excel file Scan and email the signed Summary and Narratives pages The district council must approve the budget by December 1
