What is Persuasive Text? Definition: text written with the intent to persuade or convince the reader of something. Such as persuading you to buy a product, support a specific cause or believe in a certain way. What is Persuasive Text?

Possible Forms of Media Persuasive texts are found within the following forms of media: Advertisements-print or electronic Newspaper Magazine Radio program (songs, lyrical music) Web Page-online information Televised news Documentary Commercial Product Label
