When TO apply CSU accepts application 2x a year. All 23 CSU campuses will be on the semester system by 2019. For Spring 2018 Admission: August 1 to August 31 For Fall 2018 Admission: October 1 to November 30 Application Fee: $55 per school. Fee waiver available. Submitting your application early gets priority consideration! Important for impacted majors: Nursing, Bio Science, Kinesiology, Business, Engineering.
ARE YOU Transfer READY? Are you an ADT - AS-T/ AA-T student? CSU’s admission guarantee to Coastline students. What Coastline majors have ADT? How to become an AS-T or AA-T student. Complete 60 transferable units with a 2.0 GPA and completion of the Golden Four: A1 – Communications – CMST 100-110, Interpersonal, Public Speaking. A2 – Composition – English 100 Freshman Composition. A3 – Critical Thinking –Philosophy 115 or English 102. B4 – Mathematics – Math 100 and Above (Math 160-Intro to Statistics). Transferable units refer to all classes numbered 100+. Review Your Education Plan in Degree Works in your MyCCC.

Important Things to Note Application only shows questions that are optional, not required. Cannot proceed to the next screen of the application until all required questions are completed. No error message or alerts will inform the student what data is required. It will just not let them proceed.
Important Things to Note continued… Students and Counselors must create a new account on Cal State Apply. CSUMentor accounts were not transferred over to the new system. CSUMentor data from previous applications will not transfer over to the Cal State Apply application. Students must submit their application payment or have a waiver in order to submit an application. Paper checks are no longer an option. The new system currently does not have a Filing Status Report that shows, which shows campuses are open per campus and by major. Student support will include email, chat, web Help Center and phone number.

EOP Application No Longer a Separate Application If “Are you Interested in EOP?” is answered Yes, EOP tile will appear If all parents education is 2 year college graduate or less and Income information meets EOP eligibility and Meets residency requirements, then EOP Message: “Based on the information you provided, you may be eligible for EOP and are encouraged to Apply”
