Click on below url, Screen navigates to login screen http://164.100.137.36/JSSTMA/#no-back-button

District Level (Username, Password) are provided for each district to login. Enter Username, Password ,Captcha and click on “Login” button .Navigates to Home Screen

Click on “Tehsil Charge Officer Registration” button . Enter charge officer Aadhaar number and click on “SUBMIT” button Name, DOB and address will be displayed Note: If you entered Haryana related Aadhaar number Enroll button will be enabled

Fill all mandatory fields and click on “Enroll” button alert message displayed as “Charge Officer registered successfully”

Click on “Master Trainer Registration” button master trainer registration screen will be displayed

Enter Master Trainer Aadhaar number and click on “SUBMIT” button Name, DOB and address will be displayed Note: If you entered Haryana related Aadhaar number Enroll button will be enabled

Fill all mandatory fields and click on “Enroll” button alert message displayed and reads like “Master Trainer registered successfully”

Click on “Supervisor Registration” button master Supervisor registration screen will be displayed

Enter Master Trainer Aadhaar number and click on “SUBMIT” button Name, DOB and address will be displayed Note: If you entered Haryana related Aadhaar number Enroll button will be enabled

Fill all mandatory fields and click on “Enroll” button alert message displayed as “Supervisor registered successfully”

Click on “Enumerator Registration” button master Enumerator registration screen will be displayed(Continue..)

Continue…

Enter Enumerator Aadhaar number and Assistant Aadhaar number click on “SUBMIT” button Name, DOB and address will be displayed Note: If you entered Haryana related Aadhaar number Enroll button will be enabled

Fill all mandatory fields and click on “Enroll” button alert message displayed as “Enumerator registered successfully”(Continue..)

Click on “Control Room Registration” Button Click on “Control Room Registration” Button. Control Room Registration Page is displayed Control Room Registration Page is displayed with the following sections, “Select District” is Pre-Set to the district based on the user login Control Room Helpline Details Control Room Charge Officer Details Control Room Staff Details

Control room Helpline Details Select Phone Type (Mobile/Landline), Enter Phone number and Click on “ADD-DETAILS” button. The Control Room Helpline Number is registered for the Pre-filed District. The Helpline Details are displayed in the Table View.

Control Room Charge Officer Details: Enter All “Mandatory Fields” and Click “Add Details”. The resisted Control Room Charge Officer are displayed in the Table View

Control Room Staff Details : Enter All “Mandatory Fields” and Click “Add Details”. The resisted Control Room Staff Details are displayed in the Table View Control Room registered Helpline, Charge officer and Staff details are displayed in Table view successfully
