96 years strong This has been a summary of the essence of the plan – not all of the detail It will evolve as the year/years unfold and circumstances change. We will be crafting it and fine tuning action plans etc for a few weeks yet and it will then form the core of the Boards focus. We will put the plan on to the website and revise it as needed. Please feel open to send me your thoughts and constructive ideas for refinement at any time. Leaders of Positive Social Change Making a Difference

96 years strong Making a Difference Leaders of Positive Social Change Committees and Projects are the key to the success of our plan. The committee Chairs and Project Leaders cannot do it all themselves. We need active committees and project teams with members taking ownership and responsibility for sub tasks and deadlines. Many goals are multi-year – do not be frightened by the boldness – we can achieve it. We do not intend to stop what already works – Monday lunch, 5th Mondays etc but aim to enhance attractiveness to existing members and new potential members. Please consider how you would like to be involved. It will be much more satisfying and enjoyable to be in the game not observing the game. Leaders of Positive Social Change Making a Difference
