What is a Benefit? A benefit is generally defined as : a positive outcome of a change. a measurable improvement resulting from an outcome. Normally, project benefits are linked to project deliverables. The benefits of a project can be derived when they are combined with the successful realization of project deliverables.

Sharing Knowledge and Experience to other HEIs Within the framework of TEMPUS project “PEOPLE” a three-day training workshop was held at Kutaisi University conference hall from July 22 to July 24, 2015 Beside the employees of organizer universities (ISU and KU) the training-workshops were attended by representatives of Akaki Tsereteli State University and local public institutions – the so-called non- profit (non-commercial) legal entities. 3. Improving the University HR Processes Based on Valuable Recommendations from Audit Report The rights and responsibilities of academic staff have been defined and their admissions policy and procedures have been included in the new statute. New bylaws of KU is being created. This is very voluminous document containing all aspects of KU management processes and procedures including HR manual. Welcome guide and HR handbook for new employees have been created and used in practice. Job Descriptions of key administrative positions have been defined. The procedures for the performance evaluation of academic and administrative staff have been developed. The system/criteria for promoting staff has been clarified.

Creation of The Strategic Planning Pilot Project The Structure of The Human Resources Strategic Plan for 2016-2020 INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE STRATEGY HR MISSION CORE VALUES HR VISION SWOT ANALYSIS PESTEL FRAMEWORK STRATEGIC GOALS AND OBJECTIVES There are 10 HR Objectives which are organized in 2 Key areas (strategic Lines) and 3 strategic goals.
