Few topics attracted more attention and debate than finding an agreement on what are events that trigger these changes and what are the responses in this rapidly changing world. We (engineers, teachers, scientists, students, a writer and an architect) have to elect prime –minister. Our PM became a pretty girl-student, with lowest education We should create an agenda. Everybody wrote a proposal, but she should decide what to present to the government. Her choice - to build underground tanks to hide liquidized CO2. Then she had five minutes to report to the central government. Their decision I do not know. Perhaps, it will materialized.
