How can we improve our memory ?

Particular practices can help you remember things . For example : * Drawing some arrows * Writing notes * even you may try to make a song on the same point … etc. Memory aids

Know what tricks and methods you already use to remember things on your own . * For example when you get used to the methods you use like : Repeating the same line writing notes on sticky paper or even tell your sister to Tell you what you wanted to remember. Self awareness

Repetition or over-learning - Go over information at least three times . - Check back often ,for short lengths of time . (rather than once for a long time )

Any trick to make you remember like using the firs letter of each keyword to make a new word and it doesn’t matter if the letter don’t make a real word . mnemonics * For example writing the letter J to short Al-jebra ..etc

In your own words write things out over and over again . Discuss what you’re trying to learn with friends or by taping yourself . You can even use accents and be dramatic . Active learning Writing things down In your own words write things out over and over again .

Personalizing it Play Relating what you learnt to yourself . * For example does it remind you of someone you know or even somewhere you have been to ? Play Play with the information . Look for fun in it . Relax and enjoy the process. Personalizing it
