Why I choose basement suite. First, the outlook of the house gives me a really good impression, I prefer to study and live in a pretty place. Second, the included kitchen and laundry can save me a number of money. Two bedrooms and two washrooms mean I can live with my friends. Even if the price is higher than condo’s and no cable, i think this one is better than the other two.
