Main periods and places of emigration: 1908-1911 – Iranian period Total number of Rasulzade publications on the revolutionary struggle in Azerbaijan and Tabriz exceeded 250 1910 – organized Iranian Democratic Party Edited the newspaper “New Iran” Creation of political party “Musavat”

1911-1913 – Istanbul. Turkism – consolidation of all Turkish peoples to the common Turkic nation 1913 – Azerbaijan. Leader of “Musavat” party

1920 – fall of ADR and mass emigrations 1922 – Turkey. 1923 – “Azerbaijani Republic”, “New Caucasus” 1923 – 1924 – Azerbaijani National Centre 1928 – Warszawa, emigrant organization “Prometheus”

1931 - period of European emigration Primarily in Germany, France and Poland. 1942 – Azerbaijan National Committee in Berlin After World War II – went back to Turkey 1949 founded the “Azerbaijan Cultural Circle” 1951 - an American Committee for Freedom for the Peoples of the USSR

1952 - a Common Caucasian conference organized in Munich 1953 - American Committee created radio “Freedom”
