CWF Contribution: Learning Mentor Training 14 fully funded workshops on early ID of MH problems in CYP September 2017: launch new training schedule The story massage training has had an enormous impact even though it has only been a week since the training! I have successfully used it to calm down a child in crisis, to end a reconciliation process between two children who had been furious with each other and to teach gentle touch to a child who is regularly aggressive. Additionally, two other members of  staff have already adopted story massage after I shared the resources with them. ’ Dr. Charlotte Rustin, Learning Mentor, Queen's Park Primary School “In the last week I have spoken to several children who have been affected by a bereavement. I used the book about Celeste  and Michael Rosen 's Sad book and the children loved the story. One of the children has found it particularly difficult, she is adopted, and is full of worries!  She now has the worry monster taken home to use. ” 14 fully funded workshops on early ID of MH problems in CYP Staff from 30 infant/primary schools, 2 special schools and 3 Secondary Schools attended Using art / storytelling / puppets / emotion coaching / story massage / building resilience etc. with supporting webinars September 2017: launch new training schedule ‘The story massage training has had an enormous impact even though it has only been a week since the training!
