National Audit for Dementia 2016

This hospital is taking part in the National Audit of Dementia   The audit will highlight areas of good practice and help identify areas for improvement which will lead to better care for people with dementia in general hospitals. If you work with, or are visiting someone in hospital who has memory problems, please look out for the staff and carer questionnaires which will be available from June this year. www.nationalauditofdementia.org.uk

If so, we would like to hear from you! Complete a questionnaire- win a £50 voucher! Are you a staff member working with adult inpatients with memory problems? If so, we would like to hear from you! The National Audit of Dementia would like your feedback on the training and resources and other support for staff to provide good quality care. This hospital is taking part in the National Audit of Dementia to help improve the care provided to inpatients with memory problems in general hospitals. The questionnaire will be available from July - October at: www.nadstaff.uk

Are you visiting someone at this hospital who has memory problems? If so, we would like to hear from you! The National Audit of Dementia is working with hospitals, carers and hospital staff to help improve the care provided to people with memory problems or dementia in general hospitals. Hospitals are giving out questionnaires from June to August this year. All feedback is anonymous and goes straight to the National Audit of Dementia Project Team.
