Trip Rules & Expectations REGI RUGBY PRINCIPLES apply ATTENDANCE at all scheduled activities is mandatory This includes all pre-trip training activities CURFEW will vary. Students are expected to be in their designated rooms on time; bed checks will be done nightly SMOKING, ALCOHOL, and ILICIT DRUGS are strictly forbidden.

Fees - Fixed Costs Projected fixed cost of ~$3500-$3700 Fixed cost covers: Airfare Transportation in Ireland by private motor coach with driver-guide Hotel accommodation (3 nights Galway & 5 nights Dublin) Daily Irish breakfast and 6 group dinners 3 rugby matches and 2 rugby training sessions All sight sighting tours and activities Gratuities Ticket to a live rugby event (pending 2018 schedule)

Payment $500 deposit required to secure spot Cheque made out to “RND Rugby” Will not be deposited until minimum number of players secured to support the trip Remaining payments will be issued directly to Ellison Travel & Tours Ltd. They accept debit, credit and cheque.

FAQs Will students have free time to see things on their own? Yes, there will be some scheduled free time for students to explore on their own. How many supervisors? There will be 3 chaperones Can parents come on the trip? Absolutely! Please let us know if you are interested and we will provide you with an adult rate
FAQs – cont’d Can people use Aeroplan miles etc for the child's flight? Parents are unable to use points towards their flights. Ellison does have a program whereby if parents have RBC Rewards points with their RBC Visa Cards, they can redeem them with RBC for Carlson Wagonlit Travel Gift Certificates, which we accept as cash towards their trip. Do they take a suitcase and a carry-on/sports bag? Baggage allowance is one checked bag and one carry-on bag What is the dress code? Casual travel attire, rugby kit, and spring uniform shirt for post-game activities
