Schools’ Anti-Bullying Policy or Child Protection Policy I. Title Schools’ Anti-Bullying Policy or Child Protection Policy

II. Objectives: Lampayan ES aims to provide Quality Education and conducive for learning to the learners. School’s Anti-Bullying Policy and Child Protection Program promote a man made risk free school and address to any incidents inside and outside the school premises. This advocacy of the Department of Education is to eradicate any act of child abuse, exploitation, violence, discriminations, bullying and other forms of abuse.

III. BULLYING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL PREMISES

NATURE OF BULLYING PHYSICAL /PSYCHOLOGICAL/RETALIATION First Offense- Warning Second Offense- Suspension 1 day Third Offense – Suspension 3 days Constantly Exercised- Suspension for 1 Week

POLICIES FIRST OFFENSE – Warning /Call the Attention of Pupil SECOND OFFENSE – Call the attention of the Parent or guardian. THIRD OFFENSE – Endorsed to the Barangay Council CONSTANTLY/CHRONICALLY EXERCISED- Endorsed to the Department of Social Welfare and Development for those actions committed
