The User Portal… The user signs in using their network username and password. Since Spiceworks is tied to Active Directory, if the user changes their network password, they can automatically start using the new password here.
Submitting a ticket… Once a ticket has been submitted, it appears in the User Portal “Open Tickets” tab as well as the Admin Portal
Adding and seeing comments… And the user will automatically see the comment thru the User Portal…
Closing a ticket… And the ticket now shows up in the User Portal Closed Tickets tab… -OR-
