Scholarships Any scholarships that are sent to the school are posted on our website. There are not a ton right now, but check weekly as the volume of scholarships we receive will increase quickly. Most scholarships require some form of an essay. A little bit of time and effort is definitely worth a couple hundred or thousands of dollars. Be mindful of due dates. LATE SUBMISSIONS OF SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE NEVER ACCEPTED. Last year, the Class of 2017 earned a total of $1,169,188 in scholarship money. Class of 2018– we are challenging you to reach $2,000,000 !! Cross Creek faculty will be hosting a “scholarship party” on Saturday, October 14 from 9am-12pm to help students write scholarship essays. Let’s get that money!

Event Sign Ups Upcoming events to sign up for on the counseling website: Augusta University Private Visit – September 13 Johnson and Wales University Private Visit – September 14 (Particularly for students interested in degrees in CTAE focused areas such as: culinary arts, marketing, hospitality/hotel management, restaurant management etc.) Scholarship Party- October 14 ASVAB Test- October 26 ** Please make sure you include your email address when signing up. College visits have limited spots, so this is how you will be notified if you receive a spot. We will also send out reminders for events via email.

Lastly: A Message to 9th Grade Razorbacks You are in your final year of high school now. Share your high school expertise with the 9th grade Razorbacks! Think about: What are the things you wish you knew when you were in 9th grade? Things you wish you took more seriously? Things you wish you did differently? Things you did right? Things you would recommend? Offer your advice! We will screen your messages and share some of them with the 9th grade students in a future advisement lesson. If you would like to be a senior representative and answer Q&A during that advisement lesson, please make note of that on the back of your message.
