Implementation: Sample Conversation CBWF: Did you have any questions or concerns about switching doctors? Client: O no , maybe a little cause I had really great rapport with my old doctor Kinda was a parent to me That's understandable. Most doctors tend to be parental since they are taking care of their patients. Why are you concerned about the rapport with a new doctor? Just scared , idk I guess it's just telling my condition and then kinda almost nervous of everything Something you keep secret in a way and then you have to tell your story again and it's kinda hard when it's a stranger. I'm sure once uli meet them I will feel better I understand that it can be scary telling new people your status, especially doctors, but we are here to help. You have nothing to be afraid of. :) : What are you most nervous about with the new doctor? Who is your new doctor by the way? Yes but still it's the nerves Idk yet I think I find out this Thursday Ah ok. Our doctors are all amazing to work with and they will help make this process as smooth as possible. :) So far staff seems nice We try to be lol. No we are. We are dedicated to help everyone with their health needs. So did you have any questions for your doctor when you meet Thursday? Nope I have a list lol Just overall general questions Lol that's good that you have a list to ask your doctors. Most people think of questions beforehand then always forget to ask them before. Do you have any questions for me before we end the session? No I think I'm food
