Analysis of opening sequences Dawn of the dead The dark knight zombie land

Dawn of the dead(2004) opening sequence The opening sequence in dawn of the dead is very memorable and quite interesting, it shows images of the zombie apocalypse all around the world, while having a beautiful contrast by mixing the violent images of zombies eating people and playing some Johnny cash at the process, the lyrics sound as if we are being punished by god with zombies, and we can even spot the original’s Dawn of the dead actor Tom Savini in a cameo aperence.

The Dark Knight opening sequence So here we have a big superheroe blockbuster in our hands, and Chris Nolan knows he must make the opening sequence one of the most memorable parts of the movie, so with this movie being the sequel to batman begins, it introduces us to comic book legend the joker as he and his gang rob a bank in all this time you can see how crazy this characters is and how dangerous too, since most of the last film was focused on batman( well its his movie) the opening to this one focuses on the joker and gives everyone watching the movie to have some chills. It helps the audience to understand The joker by what he is and want which Is very interesting and a delight to any Comic book fan.

Zombie land opening sequence The opening scene to zombie land is used mostly for comedic reasons as they flash funny zombie slow mo shots and even though the movie has flesh eating monsters it is still a comedy.
