SCCOE Multilingual Education Services Key Findings 1. The majority of the LCAPs remain very week in response to ELs across all areas. 2. There was a significant decrease in the number of districts that showed “no evidence” in Year 2 LCAPs. The majority of the evidence was rated weak.
