Flu Shot Clinic Starts Tuesday, September 29th in SSB Glenn Maloney Room Sign up for the earlier clinics first Only 2 SHAC volunteers every shift to Help with line management and general organization Take photos of students behind a Hook ‘em cutout after they get their shot (if they want to) and encourage them to tweet it Ideally, want volunteers to sign up for 2 consecutive shifts to minimize re-organization and gaps in coverage
Things to Remember When Volunteering: Wear your SHAC shirt!! Wear your UHS nametag. Please be present for the entire duration of the shift you signed up for. Photo sign in. Send a selfie of you at the event wearing your shirt and your nametag to anna.poliner@utexas.edu. Please include the event and the time you signed in and signed out.

Mentorship Program Concept: The SHAC mentorship program will pair new members and experienced members based on shared interests, majors, etc. to provide new members an opportunity to meet people and adapt to SHAC. Program Logistics: 1. Current SHAC members will complete a Google Doc form detailing major, contact information, availability, year, interests, and other relevant personal information. 2. New Members will select from the list and provided information; they are required to meet with a minimum of two experienced members in their first semester. 3. Current members who choose to participate in the program and meet with one of the new members will receive one service hour per meeting.
