Component Selection We are using the design guide given by Infineon to calculate the required specifications for our circuit. We are in the process of writing a matlab code that will allow us to analyze the losses of the converter as a function of different components and output specifications. We expect that we will have to select components that exceed our base requirements in order to operate at an efficiency about 95%
Non-ideal simulations We are working on finding a simulation model of the Infineon control chip so we can develop non-ideal simulations using our actual control chip By combining the data from the simulation and using the infineon design equations, we will finalize component selection.
What is next?
