Federal Statute Amendments 1.  Section 1 of the Human Rights Code is amended by adding “gender identity, gender expression” after “sexual orientation”. From: Toby’s Act (Right to be Free from Discrimination and Harassment Because of Gender Identity or Gender Expression), 2012, SO 2012, c 7, s 1.

Federal Revised Statutes To compile the RSC 1985, the Statute Review Commission: 1. Started with RSC 1970. 2. Removed all acts that had been repealed. 3. Removed all sections that had been repealed. 4. Inserted all new substantive acts that had been enacted. 5. Organized the set in alphabetical order by statute title, and assigned a chapter number to each statute. 6. Inserted all amendments into the whole set.
