They will study famous scientists like Galileo and appreciate his findings about the Earth, Sun and Moon. The children will focus on the constellations and the stories that they tell and how to make a timeline to show some of the important events in the history of astronomy and space.   Our Educational Visit: This term we will be visiting The Krishna Radha Temple in Soho and The Science Museum in South Kensington. They will describe the movement of the Moon relative to the Earth describe the Sun, Earth and Moon as approximately spherical bodies use the idea of the Earth’s rotation to explain day and night and the apparent movement of the sun across the sky.
