Who are We? One of several YouthSource Centers in the LA community The 1st YouthSource Center located on a college campus A center that works to provide academic, job-skill, and financial assistance to youth ages 16-24 years old

Our Geographical Service Area All areas of: Wilmington – 90744 Harbor City – 90710 San Pedro – 90731 90732 90733 90734 (Some exceptions may apply.)

Do I Qualify? 16 – 24 years of age Live in the city of Los Angeles Unemployed or Underemployed (low income) 16 – 24 years of age Live in the city of Los Angeles (Wilmington, Harbor City and San Pedro) Legal residence status in the US (SS Card/DACA)

Off/On Campus Resources Adult Education Toberman Academy (K- 5th grade) Multi-Benefit Screening Food Pantry Family Literacy (Parents/Guardians and children, 2-5yrs) Legal Services Gang Intervention Financial Literacy/Income Tax Preparation Parenting Program/Classes Counseling Services (youth, ages 5-17) Harbor Occupational Center Banning Adult Learning Center / San Pedro Adult Learning Center High School Equivalency Exam High School Credit Recovery High School Equivalency Assessment, Prep, Additional “off-campus” referrals can be made for personal and educational purposes.

THEN This is a 2 Phase Program! Consistent case-management services and academic funding for up to 1 year only! During this time you will NEED to complete your GED/HS Diploma or employment goal! 1 YEAR of FOLLOW-UP SERVICES. THEN You will stay in touch with us so we can offer you additional counseling and guidance.
