Dream Vacation Project This is your title slide. You must include a title, your name, and block number. Intro to Budgeting Dream Vacation Project

Brainstorm your Vacation Destination This slide must include- The name of your destination Your traveling dates 2 or 3 photos of the destination. Brainstorm your Vacation Destination You may pick any place in the United States or anywhere outside of the United States. Your trip must last for one week (7 days), and be for a family of four. If your trip is in the US, your budget is $3,000, and if you choose outside of the US, your budget is $5,000

Transportation This slide must include- Your transportation choice. For example, if you fly, you must research how much the flight would cost. If you drive your own car, you will need to figure out the price of gas to and from the location. The miles between your home and destination if you drive, as well as how long it will take to get there. Total cost for transportation.

Hotel This slide must include- A hotel that fits into your budget. List the name of the hotel. How much it will cost per night. A photo of your hotel and list the amenities. Total cost for hotel.

Food This slide must include- Price per person for breakfast and the total for the 7 days. Price per person for lunch and the total for the 7 days. Price per person for dinner and the total for the 7 days. Price per person for snacks and the total for the 7 days. Total cost for all food. Example- $6 per person for snacks. 6 x 4 = 24. 24 x 7 (7 days)= $168 total for snacks for the week.

Attractions This slide must include- 3 paid attractions that you would like to visit. A brief description of the attractions The cost per person and the total for the family Total cost for all 3 attractions

Itinerary This slide must include- An itinerary of your trip. Include locations and times of the activities you will do each day.
