User Management Click on the “Administration” button Click on “Users” and add the information for the new user Required: User ID Password First Name Last Name Role

Add a New Incident Select Administrative Functions Edit Disaster/Events

Create a Task Task – an activity that you assign a team: - conduct a damage assessment - clear road closures Create a new task Add assignments

Creating Task Areas and Assigning Structural Assessments Select the Disaster or Incident that you are working with. Click View on the Task you created for Damage Assessments Click the “Map” button to see a map of the structures for your organization. (You may have to make Structures visible in the legend.)

Creating Task Areas Tasks can include a defined operational boundary called the Task Area. This boundary is visible to field teams via the Crisis Track mobile app. Use Draw Tools create a Task Area and Save.

Assigning Assessments Assigned Structures creates pre-filled entry forms for a selected group local GIS address points. Use Task Area or draw tools to select addresses and click Assign.

Manage Operations

Forms Click on the Forms button:

Data Exports Click on the Entries button and click on Export:
