RELAXATION METHODS

It’s designed to rest the body and the mind. What is relaxation? Relaxation involves shifting from a state of stress and fatigue to a state of wellness. It’s designed to rest the body and the mind.

The benefits of relaxation Less stress. Better sleep. Increased concentration. Less fatigue.

The benefits of relaxation Better mood. Less headaches and migraines. Less physical pain. Less muscle tension.

Different ways of relaxing Some relaxation methods are a little more technical and require a little more instruction and practice than others to get started. There are also relaxation methods we use in everyday life, without even realizing it.
