Aylesbury community yoga class (adults) SAMTOSHA Be good to yourself Mondays, 7.00-8.00pm at the Aylesbury Enterprise Centre Be good to yourself What you need: to wear loose fitting clothes to bring an open & curious mind to arrive 5-10 mins prior to start £6 per class you may like to bring water Yoga has many benefits to our physical, emotional and mental well- being. Whether you've never tried before, or you already have some experience – you are welcome to join the class. You don't need to be skinny, flexible or super fit – come and give it a go! Give yourself the gift of one hour a week that is totally about YOU. With an emphasis on mobility and stability, I will guide you through a variety of movements, using your breath, encouraging you to be mindful of how your body and mind feels in the moment, recognising that all our bodies are different. Open to both men and women. CLASSES START 26 SEPTEMBER 2016 Other stuff: A number of yoga mats are available on first come first served basis (feel free to bring yours if you have one) You may like to bring a small cushion or a rolled up towel to sit on The space & how to find us We are using a lovely space held by Versatile Performers in the Aylesbury Enterprise Centre located in Thurlow St (end nearest the park), 2nd floor of Wendover block 241-471, SE17 2UU.
