International Marketing Vafire Muharemi, SEOU Gostivar Sep 2012

Discussing global brands Food Nestle McDonalds Snickers Drink Coca cola Nescafe Pepsi Schweppes Fanta Electrical equipment Sony Bosch Clothing Gucci Adidas Puma lacoste Construction Bechtel ABB

Discussing global brands ADVENTIGES OF GLOBAL BRANDS Very good profit Quality Abele to buy a raw materials in large quantities at lower prices. Disadvantages of global brands Culture Langue Taste

Coffee culture In my country the most popular hot drink are: Turkish coffee, hot tea, Nescafe also ok people on the café a drinking and eccspreso, capucino etc. For my self my favorite drink is a hot green tea and also the Nescafe. People in Chile would rather drink tea then coffee they also rather drink an instant coffee. In Brazil coffee is usually free after dinner in the restaurants. In US people drink 345 cups of coffee a year. In Argentina and Peru people drink 4kg of whole or ground coffee beans per year.

Starbucks Starbucks has beguine in pike place market, Seattle in 1997. North America 3907 stores, the rest of the world-437 stores. In north America it allow to operate 1378 stores and on the rest of the world 1180 stores. From overseas market Starbucks enter first in Japan. Starbucks’ sales points you can find on airline offices, sports stadium, hotels, bookshops. Today Starbucks have a problems with the security problems in Israel, bad experience in the Japan.

Brainstorming I disagree with: Don’t interrupt when people are offering suggestion Don’t spend time on details. I agree with this tips: Explain the purpose of the meeting clearly. Ask each person to speak in turn, starting with the most senior. Announce the time limit for the meeting. Avoid criticizing or judging ideas during the session. Make sure everyone keeps to the point. Encourage ideas, however unusual they may be.

E-mail to zumo director Dear director ! I'm a marketing manager of our company. Yesterday we meet and all the staff had some ideas. In my opinion the best solution are: Introduce new zumo varieties for different segments e.g. diet zumo? Other versions? Its good idea in my opinion because the people have a different taste. Ideas for TV and radio advertisement. This one will make us a famous brand on the market .we ‘ll take the attention of our future clients. And finally I think we should have a Price –medium range to can buy our drinks all people and in that way we’ve got more profit. There are the proposition. I hope this suggestion is of interest. Sincerely Vafire Muharemi Marketing manager
