The NAVFAC Mission/Vision MISSION: Why We Exist NAVFAC is the Naval Shore and Expeditionary Systems Command that plans, builds, and maintains sustainable facilities, delivers environmental, utilities and other base services, and acquires and manages expeditionary combat force systems and equipment.
