NEW ESSA Schedule – PS3099 PS3099 will be open to all LEAs in their independent project application, even for SSA members. The LEA will complete and submit the required schedule for all fund sources in which they apply independently or join an SSA.

NEW ESSA Schedule – PS3099 For Title I, Part A Old rule: Private school students must also get equitable share of districtwide instruction, parental involvement, and professional development set-asides. NEW: Must be calculated before any allowable expenditures and transfers by the LEA: Districtwide instruction, parent involvement, professional development are included in this calculation.

ESSA Schedule Changes PS3101: Title I, Part A & Title I, Part D, Subpart 1 Parts 5 and 6: LEAs must still ensure that the activities and service delivery methods are aligned with the Title I, Part A statute and guidance documents Program Requirements are now part of the Program Assurances

ESSA Schedule Changes PS3102: Title I, Part D, Subpart 2 No changes If the LEA is applying for Title I, Part D, Subpart 2, the written agreement with the facility should have a recent date (within 2 years). Part 2: Program Evaluation and Assessment of Needs section is divided into three sections: Student Academic Performance, Staff Training, and Other. One activity must be indicated in each of the three sections. Part 3: Planned Activities section: Questions 1‐3, and 5 must be completed; For Questions 4a‐4f, check all that apply.

In Part 4, combined middle school with secondary school Many of the Program Requirements are now part of the Program Assurances NOTE: All activities listed under Other (Specify) must address a documented, unmet migrant‐specific need and be aligned to one of the Seven Areas of Concern as outlined by the Office of Migrant Education (OME).
