GROW Holdings, LLC Green Renewable Organic & Water It will be a model town for the 21st Century that combines the best qualities of smart growth, sustainability, agriculture, green building, advanced transportation systems, and cutting-edge technologies, while preserving and enhancing the natural surroundings and environment. GROW Holdings, LLC is planning the development of a 7,200-acre master planned community in Kings County – also known as Quay Valley. WHCCD Vision The relentless pursuit of student success.

GROW Holdings, LLC A state-of-the-art education system will be developed, a University Research Park and other facilities that include the establishment of The California Institute of Sustainability and InnovationTM. GROW Holdings and the West Hills Community College District share the vision of developing ways to enrich West Hills’ students, as well as members of the surrounding communities with applied educational opportunities and experience. The relentless pursuit of student success. The Project The project provides educational, experiential, and applied learning opportunities across multiple disciplines for college students. The project integrates West Hills students and faculty in areas including agriculture (Farm of the Future), hospitality and culinary, engineering, welding and construction, water technology, art, and early childhood education. The Project – Location 1 hour to the coast, Sierras, Bakersfield, and the Fresno Yosemite International Airport 50 minutes to Paso Robles wine country Less than 3 hours to Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and San Francisco 2,300,000 residents within a 1 hour drive 27,000,000 residents within a 3 hour drive 12,000,000 vehicle trips through the site per year on Interstate 5 WHCCD Vision The relentless pursuit of student success.
