Composition Notebook Set Up It is very important that you follow all directions You will need to make sure you pay attention

On the front Cover, In Permanent Marker – -Write your first & last name -Write “Medical Skills & Services” -Write your Period #

Write your first & Last name on each edge of the notebook In Permanent Marker Write your first & Last name on each edge of the notebook See Mrs. Glisson’s example

Do the rest in pen, preferably one that doesn’t bleed through the paper Set up the first four (4) pages as the Table of Contents Left Column = “Pg #”, draw a line all the way down the page over the pink line (or about 1 inch from the left edge” Middle Column = “Table of Contents” Right column = “Date”, draw line down page where pink line is on back of page (or about 1 inch from right edge)

Starting AFTER the 4 Table of Contents Pages, number each page in the bottom outer corner. Do up to page 50

Let’s do the first entry On the first Table of contents page, write the following information Pg # = 1 Table of Contents = Term Set # 1 Date = 8/17/17
