What this is Universal mobile app for every participant Each guest can easily download it on his/her mobile device (cell phone or tablet) from AppleStore/GooglePlay or just by clicking on the link in the invitation letter The app can solve several tasks at once: Informing the guests about contests, results, inviting them to participate, registering them on competitions Communication between guests Motivating to participate in contests and giving feedback Other than that, the app allows to trace the dynamics of participation, reviews and comments in real-time, and even track the participants’ relocation

Installation and usage The app can be installed from a simple web-page – the participant opens it on his mobile device and installs the app in one touch. It works on any device running iOS (Apple) or Android It’s also possible to develop a mobile web-page with similar functions. However, mobile devices will be used more frequently because people trust their personal devices a lot more than web-pages. Furthermore, the app can also work offline

Instant notifications feed – weather changes, transport information, reminders about the start of the games. The participants can subscribe for the general feed as well as the specified feed based on his/her interests (different types of sports, areas, themes).

Motivational system Every user of the system can go on and try to win different prizes: tickets to finals, vouchers on hotel accommodation, photo shoots with the champions, valuable souvenirs. All you have to do is… be active, for example: Attend competitions Participate in contests and quizzes Send questions and commentaries Meet people and make predictions of the results For each of these actions participants get bonus points, and the amount of points can depend on how quick the response was. The results table can be accessed on the participant’s mobile device as well as on big public screens – even on TV channels. And at the same time the organizers will be able to see full guests’ activity statistics – even those, who will remain spectators.

A Special discipline: Quest Who will be the fastest to pass a difficult route? Series of tasks on finding «checkpoints», tricky questions and tasks – this optional sport discipline will gather a lot of people. We will give the participants tablets that will show them the way while we control their actions, help them if necessary and also show their location on a big screen in real time.
