Overview The final design will be a 12 ft long, 4 ft tall and 5 in think board positioned at angles. The panels on the ends of the board will be slightly shorter so that children in wheelchairs will be able to roll underneath them and have an opportunity to enjoy all of the activities. Hand Crank Panel New Design Child turns wheel (of HDPE) and it moves the minute hand of a clock It will use gears to turn minute and hour hands At each “hour” (e.g., when the minute hand is at 12 o’clock), the minute hand will hit a bell So it’s analogous to setting a watch

Successes Braille instructions received look great Chimes nearly finished Memory Game works, just a few tweaks left

Drawbacks Still don’t have HDPE Requested a quote, and will likely end up purchasing it Lost original code for Music and Create-A-Picture Not sure when we’re getting posts yet
