Materials for Class: Mustang Agenda 3-ring binder with class dividers Composition notebook for science only (NO SPIRAL NOTEBOOKS, spirals fall apart) Lined notebook paper Blue or Black ink pens & 2 red pens Pencils & extra lead if using mechanical Pencil sharpener that catches shavings Colored pencils (NO MARKERS for coloring) Students will use colored pencils regularly in Science Highlighters, 2 different colors

Class Work & Homework Expectations Class work/Homework is posted on the class webpage  Any unfinished class work is not figured into the homework time frame. Students that have 3 or more homework and/or class work assignments will be assigned after school detention/Saturday School.

If a student is absent Students are expected to make up any class work and homework missed. Students are given 1 extra day for each day absent to make-up the work. If students are going to have multiple days absence, please send me an email. I will get work together and leave it in the office. Please give me time to get the work together.

Grading A: 100%- 90% = Advanced (Above & Beyond) B: 89% - 80% = Proficient (at grade level) C : 79% - 70% = Basic (working towards grade level) F: 69% - 0% = Below Basic (needs assistance) Performance Tasks 65% (Tests/Quizzes/Projects) Class work/Homework/ 25% Notebook Check Organization 10% (Binder Check/Agenda)
