FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS…… Early Checkout Procedure… As a safety precaution, students will only be released to the parent/guardian or the Emergency Contact listed on the Emergency Card. A current driver’s license or state issued ID must be presented in the front office to check a student out. NO student may be signed out after 1:30 p.m. every day except Wednesday. The latest early checkout on Wednesday is 12:30 p.m. Cell Phones… Students may possess a cell phone while on campus. However, they MUST be turned off and stored in the student’s backpack or locker. The phone shall not be used during the school day or on school buses. Failure to comply will result in the cellphone being confiscated. Stingray Success… GRMS does not offer afterschool tutoring. However, we have an hour of remediation time built into our weekly schedule called Stingray Success. During Stingray Success students will either attend an intervention session for extra help, or an enrichment session to extend their learning.
