Elevator Pitch Slide Service: Simplify Investing Problem: People Are Lazy Vision: Stock “Video Game”

Market Problem / Current Solutions People lose huge money in stocks since they don’t watch the Market: It takes hours to research all data about your stocks It is still hard to decide what to do: Buy, Sell or Hold People are lazy and don’t do research Several companies like Wealthfront & Motif are deploying technology that somewhat helps Investors with tax harvesting, dividend earning, and other simple rules that trigger some reshuffling of the portfolio Stockring technology takes into account much more then simple accounting rules, but also proprietary mathematic pattern recognition formulas that trigger reshuffling of portfolios to achieve great profits

Market Opportunity Total Addressable Market (TAM): Just in USA it is $18 Trillion – which is US Stock Market capitalization. However, this tech could be applied to G-20 country's stock markets such as China, Japan, Germany, France, Brazil, etc. with Market Cap of another $20 Trillion. Target client: People with stock portfolios that don’t have time or willpower to actively research their holdings but still want to make profitable trades and earn nice return on their investments Current demand is huge: 90% of stock portfolios are being undermanaged or mismanaged and fast retiring baby boomers don’t have nearly enough cash to survive without continue to work

Market Evolution & Inflection Point People are getting used to and developing trust for technology that assist them in their daily lives, such as Smart Phones, GPS, etc. Proliferation of mobile tech and push notifications allows the delivery of stock advice in very timely and convenient manner to clients The number of companies being traded is constantly growing and it becomes difficult for humans to digest all important business data All brokers allow clients to trade stocks from their iPhones - so clients could use stock advice efficiently by executing an immediate trade Competitors rushed to the market by offering similar services
