Leisure Farm Residence Committee Meeting Minutes Committee of 2016 - 17: Meeting 3 6th August 2016 11:00am

Bale Club Upgrade The plans and budget for the upgrade of the Bale Club will be finalized shortly. Upgrades will include: Horizon pool (overlooking the polo field), Existing pool turned into a children's pool, Decking along the polo field side of the Bale Club, with an increased bar area, Playground extension, Furniture replacement, New BBQ area. These upgrades will be funded by Mulpha. Plans will be shared once finalized.

Infrastructure Update Properties in Precinct 2 & 4 are currently in the process of being connected to UNIFI. There have been repeated challenges with subcontractors asking for additional payments. LF is assisting owners to talk to TM to prevent these extra charges. Please contact customer services if you require assistance. The Large cell tower in Admiral Heights is yet to be fully operational.  The upgrade of the 2nd entrance will start next week. There has been no further update on the third entrance or the golf course.

Cycling Event Lachy Gibson has taken the lead in organising the inaugural Leisure Farm cycle event. The committee discussed and agreed on the date of Sunday the 2nd of October. The event will run from 9am to 1pm, with a lunch at Bale club afterwards. The 17km adult course can be ridden for 1, 2 or 3 laps and will begin at 9am. The children’s 6km course will start from 12pm. Organisers encourage all residence and friends of residence to participate. We will be inviting riding enthusiasts from all over Nusajaya Entry fee 20MYR Sponsorship for the event is also being investigated. More details and course map to follow.

Discussion Points Leisure Farm Taxi Service: Taxis can be booked in advance for Changi Airport, trips to Singapore, Senai Airport, etc and will be offered at competitive rates – Details to be provided by LF The idea of a library and book club was raised - further discussion needed. The Opening of Precinct 7B, with 57 new units, has recently taken place. Maintenance fees have already been paid by the developer for the second half of 2016 for the new units. Late Payment of Maintenance fees: Robert will provide information from Eric's town hall on late payment of maintenance fees. Robert proposed an account per precinct to make late payment more visible, the proposal was supported by the committee. Issue of commercial vehicles entering at 7am was raised, with engines left running.  There are going to be some new rules around construction and renovation.

Other Topics Committee Meetings are to fall on the first Saturday of every month at 11:00am (unless otherwise agreed). The next meeting is set for 3rd of September 2016 (The first Saturday of the following month). For the three Strata Title Precincts, the chairperson is automatically part of the Residence Committee. Stuart Wood has joined the Committee from Bayou Water Village. Robert to contact chairpersons of the two other Strata title precincts. A New Mulpha COO, Winson Chow has been appointed. The Residence Committee has requested a meeting.
