Disability Hate Crime DHC on the agendas: OSCE, FRA, EU Grass roots issue – need change at the national level! Need to organize ourselves to learn more and change the structures. Need to be allies for change – new legislation, guides for implementation

Common need Countries need to develop guidelines for investigation and prosecution of hate crime – putting in force the laws that exist.
