Data Protection Act 1998 – Fair Processing Notice Your data will be held in accordance with the privacy policy of RTITB which can be found at www.rtitb.co.uk What Data will be collected: Your personal data, including your contact details Your photographic image Driver licence details Any other information we obtain directly from you or third parties, or as a result of our relationship with you in our capacity as a Driver CPC (DCPC) Approved Training Centre and in providing goods and services to you We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect Data collected from trainees will be shared with: RTITB (Which is the trading name of Capitb Ltd) DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency) JAUPT (Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training) Other third parties to the extent necessary in order to allow us to provide the services to you Where necessary, data may be shared with member state authorities to confirm DCPC entitlement abroad Data will be collected for the purpose of: Recording completed training hours Providing an attendance certificate Enabling RTITB to remind drivers when their Driver CPC is due for completion Providing training services and related services. (e.g. to allow certificates to be printed, and to carry out necessary checks against fraud prevention) Providing you with details of other products and offers that may be of interest relating to our services or those of third parties. (you may opt out of this at any time) Please ensure you have signed the Data Consent section on the MDRS driver registration form
