Access costs 2 types of access costs in ARIES: Actual costs = direct costs actually and solely incurred for providing access to the user groups selected to benefit from ARIES TNA Unit costs = calculated at the proposal stage on the basis of historical data  declared in the personnel, other direct costs & subcontracting categories  declared under “access costs for providing transnational access to research infrastructure” category The reimbursement rate for the TNA beneficiaries is in average 40%  they will not have to report to the EC their full costs ARIES TA meeting, 5 May 2017
